  • What is the relationship to UDIH 4 EU?

    TestBeforeInvest is part of the UDIH 4 EU initiative (BG16RFPR002-1.002-0008) — the Hub for Digital Transformation of Utility Services, co-financed by the European Union through the European Regional Development Fund. Our role within the initiative is the cloud simulation platform for the electrical sector.

  • What reports does the platform generate?

    PDF and XLSX reports with configurable definitions and saved presets. Every report is built on a frozen snapshot of the grid, so results stay reproducible.

  • Who owns our data?

    You do. TestBeforeInvest is a processor, not an owner. Your data is stored in the EU and you can export it at any time. Erasure follows a documented GDPR procedure: personal data is irreversibly anonymised — or physically erased on documented instruction — while your audit history stays intact.

  • How is the platform secured?

    Sign-in uses two-factor authentication. The platform automatically detects and blocks brute-force attempts, raises intrusion alerts to administrators, keeps encrypted backups and retains an audit log that cannot be deleted even at the database level. It can also forward security events to your own SIEM.

  • Can we connect our own devices and systems?

    Yes. Measurement devices connect over a secured REST API with individual device keys, batch intake and data-quality validation. The full API is documented in an OpenAPI specification, versioned with a minimum 24-month stability guarantee.

  • How much does it cost?

    Pricing is token-based. Enterprise customers get a custom quote — contact us for details.

  • Is the interface in Bulgarian?

    Yes. The application ships Bulgarian from day one. An English UI is on the way.
